The luxury apartment community is less than a mile from the Greenbelt Metro Station, providing quick and simple commuting for residents, along with a multitude of amenities, energy efficient living and easy access to employment, retail and recreation. The concept for this development focused on creating a sustainable multi-family project that did not compromise on luxury. Apartments feature high-end finishes and appliances, as well as several courtyards, a dog-run area, fitness center, bocce ball court and swimming pool for residents’ enjoyment.

The complex was awarded LEED Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Association (USGBC). LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the USGBC’s rating system for the design and construction of energy-efficient and high-performing buildings that are better for our environment and our communities.
