Great Pond Clubhouse

Gate 17 Architecture designed the luxurious 5,900 square foot clubhouse for the community of Great Pond. The clubhouse is the epicenter of the 300-unit community with a large, light-filled lounge area, fitness center and communal table and work area. The building even houses a dog wash area and indoor golf simulater room!
